That’s ridiculous - and will seriously impact home sales if passed.

I get the impression governments feel immigrants (our replacement population) won’t care; the wealthier will by the multi-families, and the poorer will rent them.

I don’t consider our dwelling place with 32 acres 30 miles from town a ‘home’ - it’s become a fortress over the years.

Now they are proposing to hit us with a tax if we don’t rent out our properties.
