Someone just off the boat from anywhere in the world is awarded “affirmative action” hiring preferences, when they’ve never lived in America up until now, have never experienced racial discrimination, aren’t the descendents of slaves.
It is strange that the push for “diversity and inclusion” seems joined at the hip with “hate Whitey”, I suppose in a similar way that “Feminism” seems to be inseparably linked to hating Men. All this healing going on, ain’t it great?
I didn’t catch this the first read - not perfectionist enough I guess, my Whitey skillz are slipping - notice they are all women. White women are next on the chopping block.
Somewhere, there is a diagram of the pecking order, it’s not static, the relative ranking changes over time. Well, except for white males, but you get the idea.
There’s no such thing as “reverse” racial discrimination. Just racial discrimination.
However - the folks who push these notions will claim it is impossible for non-whites to be racist. Whitey is always racist, no exceptions.

1970s, since you asked. That was the one instant in time when we basically had equal rights for the races and the sexes. Needless to say, it was our side that gave these rights to minorities and women.
The problem was that their side was far too organized and mobilized relative to our side, so they kept going, and going, and going - and they also took/had control of the media, so no effective way to fight them even when we tried.

I am not surprised by the “indoctrination “ mandated by the dictators, the trainers, the consultants.

Blacktivists have been insisting for years that white women be removed from the list of preferred victims, as their history bore no resemblance to the slavery/Jim Crow stuff that was used to justify handouts to blacks.
They will get their way, and the white women that vote liberal are just too stupid to see it. Hillary’s loss should have been a warning; black voters could have delivered her key states (PA, WI, MI) and didn’t.
“You will be made to care”; people lose their jobs, passed over for promotion due to the color of their skin. Or, never hired in the first place because some coo-coo for cocoa puffs HR department decides you’re “problematic”. The list is practically endless.
