The end result will be lower quality workforce, and higher costs to business, and worst of all, more racial and class hatred/division.

All objectives are fully compliant with the Democrat agenda.
“This week California mandated that publicly traded corporations headquartered in California include at least one woman on their boards of directors by the end of 2019.”
Where I used to work we had both men and women Engineers and Technicians and there were both dangerous and very dirty jobs. For some reason, the women never were picked to tackle the dangerous jobs nor the very dirty jobs. I’m pretty sure the men and women drew equal pay for equal job grades.
The Republic is burning and yet government is deep in this garbage.
“President Donald Trump’s administration failed to block this collection in federal court, clearing the path for this action.”
So? I don’t see how some judges can decide what data Trump has to collect. This is BS and Trump should not be submitting to this charade.
"Your honor, the work of economists Thomas Sowell and Walter Williams clearly show that when the factors of differing life choices, years of experience and levels of qualification are accounted for, there is no significant difference in pay between women and men. Thus, collecting this data is really unnecessary."
"Williams and Sowell? Those house slaves of the white supremacists? You can't trust anything those sellouts say! Collect that data, honky!"
I’d noticed that years ago when visiting clients; female staff never got sent into sh!tholes, and were still overpaid to keep attorneys at bay.
I find this hard to believe:
“The EEOC and especially the IRS will realize they are being played and take action to get revenge and teach business a lesson of who is in control.”
