There are commercials for this on TV now - with a lot of stereotypical deviants in it. Theater/acting types and such; if it wasn’t to condone their lifestyle, it would be viewed as a hateful attack.
Reminds me of the commercials that ran briefly a few years back in which customers were told if they bought a laptop, the company would send one to a child in Africa. I’m sure they pulled it when people realized they were basically buying two, and involuntarily giving one away as more free sh!t to black people.

No, it won’t work. The immediate response to the lifting of the HIV cloud with Truvada is to stop using condoms, which opens the doors to all kinds of other serious, and often drug-resistant, STD’s. And people who have lesions caused by the other diseases are much more prone to infection by HIV, especially when they are not almost 100% adherent. And it’s an open secrets that perfect adherence is very, very rare.
