Is that 55 for the previous occupant of the White House for the entire, disastrous 8 years or just his first 2.5?

That was 55 for his whole 8 years but a lot of that was the first 6. Once the Republicans regained control of the Senate, they started blocking him from doing any more damage. Its funny to hear the Democrats whine about Trump's appointments now considering how they were bragging that all of Obama's appointees were going to transform the courts.

I really hope that next year, the election resembles something fair, civilized and legitimate, although I’m not holding my breath. I think the Left is going to do whatever it takes to get rid of him, up to and including violence in different forms. Voter fraud, dead folks casting ballots, could pale in comparison. And then they’ll rely on the courts to decide for them, and of course, shop for the most insane judge they can find.
