I broke my femur (accident) in the 70’s. That was the most painful thing I’ve ever endured. I’ve since had 2 children, some minor surgeries, and a few punches in the face, horse wrecks, etc. Nothing came close to the pain of the broken femur, or the rod inserted into it. 40 years later it still causes pain and other problems. I pray they can make her comfortable for the next 6 weeks.
