There is a streak here that’s got some class envy teeth
Always has been
That she’s very pretty is just more reason
By fighting charges she ensures she’ll won’t get the minimum
Which means realistically contrary to media hype and freeper jail lust...
Three years and serve two maybe whereas if she copped she might be eligible for house arrest or community custody
She’s a level 30 per fed sentencing guidelines best I can tell
If we had a crim lawyer here that would helps but anyone can google westlaw
She and her rich rich husband could be where the snitch dominoes land although it seems to me the paid off officials are more culpable
- they gave her the boot prematurely. I always wondered why they were so quick to dump her and write her out of everything
I knew a Tex-Mex addict who
got taken down a few nachos.
If she paid me enough I would serve her time for her.
If she paid me half of enough I would serve time with her.
The lawyer lets her do this ? Hmm. Poor choice of lawyer. Lady, you’re going to waving bye bye as they haul you off to the big house. The real full house.
I do almost all federal criminal defense. I love reading these types of threads. It’s interesting to see what people come up with and/or predict. She’ll eventually plead out, I’m certain. She may do a little time, but it won’t be much. Just my opinion.
