The worst part is actually not the superficial things, it’s the PEOPLE.
There is yuuuuuge hypocrisy there:
“We are all enlightened, tolerant non-conformists”.
In fact they’re not really all that smart, but what really jumps out at you is just how incredibly conforming the non-conformists are. And when they find out you don’t think EXACTLY like them..?
You’ll get fired and/or you’ll have them screaming in your face.

I grew up there and visit now. It really is shocking the decline of northern Mexifornia. In particular the masses of bums/drug addicts on the streets and the mid afternoon traffic jams in the east bay that spill all the way out into the valley now. The Bay Area becomes more and more like southern California ever year. Sad.

Most places that have too nice of a weather climate tend to draw in a lot of people leading to decline in quality of life.
I visited SF, LA, Phoenix, and Atlanta in the early 70s and they were all pretty awesome. Now they’re overwhelmed with people.
And these schmucks will keep voting Democrat!
These people are a special kind of stupid!
All too true - and the pity of it is that these Leftists who have ruined the most beautiful city in North America are packing up and moving out of the s***hole they created to formerly well run Republican cities and states like Orlando and Florida ....Where they proceed to turn them into s***holes like San Francisco and the former golden state of California.
I would say “No s#it!”, but just the opposite is the case.

Considering that it is still illegal not to “curb your dog” but it’s okay to empty your bowels wherever you feel like it—I’d agree with that summation. There was a time when no one would say, “What is that on the bottom of your shoe?” “People.”
