It is not too late run a half dozen B-52s through Baghuz, and put a 500 pound bomb every hundred feet or so. Then a couple of more to drop Fuel-Air Explosives (like MOABs), to suck all the air out of their tunnels.
There are still hard cases in there, who are worth killing.
