Amen, thank you for writing SEX rather than gender. I am 74 and I was taught in grade school that the word gender only applies to PRONOUNS, not people and there are THREE genders not just two as there are two sexes and certainly not more than three. Lest anyone misunderstand me the THREE genders are masculine as in he, him or his, feminine as in she, her or hers and neuter as in they, them or their.
