The responsibility falls on the fbi when the form 4473 is called in. The lawsuit in this story is bs anyway. The gun store in Arizona didn't do anything wrong. The rifle is legal in Colorado: It's the magazines that are illegal in CO.

I don’t think they worry about “long” guns as far as where a person lives....handguns are a different deal tough ...
The system they adore so much screwed up, not the seller.
