We’re in the same business(sort of) Our family owns some farmland and we are in the first year of three year plan to cut a thirty year stand of mixed oak, tulip poplar, hickory and cherry woods. No infestation, just good forest management(we’ve never had a fire like they do out in California and we’ve been here for over 170 yrs)
Trees were laying down in every storm so we decided it’s time for a little selected cutting(no clear cuts)
We’re not doing the cutting, but we’re not unfamiliar with a chainsaw, maul or sledgehammer(for firewood)
I agree....but, they don’t bite or sting and that’s a good thing.
No. He’s battling them in Georgia.
