I suppose it’s wishful thinking to consider this might become a challenge to the unconstitutional precedent that anyone born on U.S. soil is immediately a citizen. We all know that the 14th Amendment was passed to prevent Democrats from denying the vote to former American slaves who managed to vote in nearly a dozen black Congressmen after the Civil War. Extending that citizenship designed for people whose families had been Americans for 3-4 generations, to illegal aliens was one of the most egregious and anti-American judicial decisions ever made. . .right up there with Roe v. Wade.
