Other than Christmas, which has long ago lost its true religious meaning, what religious holidays are federal holidays? Easter is not observed as a federal holiday, nor are the Jewish holidays so why should Muslim holidays be observed? Most civilized societies do not celebrate the end of Ramadan with a goat sacrifice.
