One of the most memorable scenes from “Doctor Zhivago.”
Drink a bottle of port, list to starboard.
Bruce? Isn’t that what Lenny Bruce used to call his johnson?
“Thank you, Al Sleet”
I miss those days — when true comedians roamed the earth. Now it’s illegal to be funny.
Hype, hype, hype the lies go marrrrrching ...
Port would be the shizz. :-)
Number one with a Bulleit. ;-)
If you don’t post for 12 hours, does that mean you froze?
Can I have your car?
You being froze and all means you have no more use of it...
I checked the report for my area in Illinois, up near the Wisconsin border - so we do tend to get a lot of snow.
“Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations of up to two inches and ice accumulations of up to one tenth of an inch expected.”
I’m literally shaking for fear.
lmao! It all comes out brown.
They’re the racists!
FRENCH TOAST!

Blanket? For 66 degrees? Here in Pennsylvania, if it were that warm I’d put on shorts, and a t-shirt.
Me, too. I worked a swing shift and listened to radio
while working. WRR in Dallas had a “Library of Laughs”
every evening. This was in the late sixties, so we got
comedians like Leonard Cohen, Bill Cosby, Bob Newhart, Redd Foxx, Jonathan Winters, Stan Freberg, and Rowan & Martin.
It was great.
Nothing worse than a frigid pussy.... cat.
What is a milk sandwich?
No, only the ones who do the traffic report scream about the 1.2 billion people in the path......of the female asian driver. /s
Cantore is a Buffon
We use skeins of yarn in my house. This ain't even one.
Ice storms are no fun. Stay home or ice skate on the streets like we did when I was growing up. Heat may be a problem. Might invest in a generator.

It’s also some weird, mutant super-ice. I’ve never seen anything like this. The ice chipper barely dents it and it will NOT melt. Actually, the snow tonight will probably be good because at least that can crunch down and you can walk in it. I WAY prefer snow to ice!
Years ago we had the mother-of-all-ice-storms up here in the mountains and it was surreal. All of the trees were bent down so that the tops were touching the road - which was, of course, not passable. Of course the power was out. I think during that I bailed and stayed with my brother in Jersey (yes, even New Jersey is better than staying in a place without power in the winter for a week). :-)
