I’ll be able to get a knock off mini version at Harbor Freight eventually.
If it will work more than once, if at all ,who knows?

Thanks blam. Except for Iran of course -- running into one of the Iranian subs with an inflatable raft should do the trick.

It’s amazing how costs can be trimmed for military equipment if they don’t require a toilet seat.

For the most part, bots and drones will be the way to go for duking it out. About 70 years ago a comic book depicted the battle of Armageddon and soldiers were faunting at the bit to get into the battle but the generals sent in the robots and drones. In the end angels came down and took the robots up with them and left the men.
Science fiction does a good job of predicting the future, huh?

I am confident China has all the hardware and software related to Orca. Chicom spies have swarmed over our universities and industry for decades.
What we have—they have and will soon be in production.

The great news is that Robots dont have a gender! Sure they do, in strongly gendered languages. Submarines (in German) are neuter. In French, Italian, or Spanish they're masculine.

But you said “robot” not “submarine”. Robots are masculine in German, French, Italian, and Spanish.

If they receive orders via satellite, they will be just one more item that won’t work when the Chinese start a war by disabling our communications satellites and also delivering an EMP.
