You are right in many ways as real estate is a wild business, but Trump’s many deals and negotiations were based largely on trusted partnerships and win-win deals. People who broke his trust did not get to be part of future deals. It’s evident in his books, interviews and even the apprentice.
Whe Ryan promised this, he took it in good faith. There is no such thing as good faith in Washington.
