Oregon is proposing a law to force the State to pay the unions the equivalent of dues for every State employee,

A second bill was recently introduced to create a two-tier civil pay system. It doesn't allow non-union pay to be based on union contracts.

I told a state supervisor neighbor this was his chance to pay non-union workers higher wages and break the union.

“pay non-union workers higher”

Double incentive - higher pay and no dues. That should work quickly.

The problem would remain in the areas of Democrat/Socialist/Communist control. They would never implement such a policy.
