Why should he level a twitter blast at her when she shoots herself in the foot every time she opens her mouth.

It is bugging the crap out of her that President Trump is dismissing her. I hope he doesnt take her bait.
He won't. He is too good at this game. He knows that responding to her would elevate her to the status of an equal, which is also why she is pushing so hard to get his attention.
The truly interesting thing here is how Trump has single-handedly changed so many things. The social savvier politicians are seeing how successful Trump's no-holds-barred tactics have been, and are trying to emulate them. Sandy Cortex is doing the same thing, trying to be like the Big Daddy with her tweets, and having some moderate level of success merely because she is the only Dem young enough and "with it" enough to understand how modern social media works. Otherwise, you get cringe-worthy stuff like the Elizabeth Warren video.

Freshmen congressmen are below the radar of the most powerful man in the world.

Well, she did vote against the Democrat plan to end the shutdown (without a wall, of course). Perhaps Trump can thank her for standing up to Pelosi.
