I’d sue that lying POS anyway. Just demand a retraction of all the lies he told and admit he lied. You aren’t going to get any money out of him, that’s for sure.

Sue Nathan Phillips, his Native Youth Alliance and AIM, plus the other drummers (he wasn’t there alone), his cameraman and whoever deceptively edited and posted the original video snippet, which was from Mr. Phillips crew.
Also sue those who are identified for making death threats and bomb threats against the kids, their families, strangers and schools, as well as dipshit school administration cowards who turned on the kids before they knew the real facts.
Also press criminal charges against anyone who made those threats, esp. on the internet, by phone, or in print.
It will be a long haul but it will be worth it if we can stop the Left right now rather than in bloody encounters further down the rode. However, the way the Dems, courts, news media and “entertainers” are going, I’d prepare for the “long bloody road ahead”, unless American regains its sanity, enforces its laws, punished the corrupt media, and sues the shit out of the Left.

Somewhere in all this, it’d be nice to require the media to spend just as much time, space, “crawler”, headline font size, etc., on retractions, as they did on the erroneous “reporting”.

Here, can’t people be sued for incitement to violence — urging somebody to commit a crime — if there are damages resulting from the incitement? If a reasonable victim has to move to a secret location and live in fear, there would seem to be damages.
