It is multiple people using that account and posting from it, not just one person.

I tend to agree but would suggest it’s probably no more than three or four. Probably a couple of folks....hired up as political aggrevater-types. Based on what folks have suggested...they are native-English speakers/writers. If you got the NSA guys on this, I think you could narrow down the path and found that some server in Brazil simply takes a feed from a facility in the US.
