who’s considering a 2020 White House bidOf course he is going to primary against an incumbent with a 90% approval rating within his party.
He's going to form an "exploratory committee" so he can scam a pile of money out of Democrats and dumb establishment Republicans. CNN and MSNBC will give him all the airtime he wants to talk them into writing checks, then he will decline to run "after speaking with his family."
