The Prime Minister then asked for a new Chinese loan to service the previous Chinese loans, a procedure that Xi Jinping said made no logical or ethical sense.
The issue is that most of these deals are made by corrupt politicians in these countries, selling off their countrys assets and resources for their personal gain. Kind of like Hillary and the Clinton Foundation selling uranium one.
The thing to understand is that 85% of the politicians in Washington DC stand in awe of the clintons, and what they were able to achieve throughout their careers, and how much they escaped with.

But did China give the loan anyway? If the answer is yes and If The PM accepted, then he’s OK with that colonialism.
