It seems that everything that was built when I was a little kid is getting torn down and replaced
Tell me about it! When my daughter was going to college in Tampa, she flew into JFK one spring break, in the middle of a term project on mkd 20th century architecture. We stopped by the old TWA terminal so she could take pics, while I was thinking just our luck a PA cop or someone from the TSA would get the wrong idea. Then we stopped by the old Unisphere and what's left of the N.Y. Pavilion from the World's Fair. Just then it hit me, I remember seeing these things being built and here's my lovely daughter running around taking notes and pictures as if she stumbled on some ancient archeological ruins. We ARE getting old!🤔☺😐🤤
