So, the Democrats say the states have a right to defy the federal government. Is this a bad thing?

How would you prefer the owner of the website to re-title his vanity?

I would like the Federal Government to have ONLY THOSE POWERS SPECIFICALLY AUTHORIZED in the Constitution.
I would like the Federal government AND States to be FORBIDDEN from exercising powers that are specifically forbidden.
I would also like to see any lawmaker or judge who ignores the Constitution in their legislation or rulings to be tarred and feathered for each instance.

A strange parallel to the time when the Democrats did not like the slavery laws and started a bloody Civil war.
