My best friend and I were just discussing this at lunch yesterday. The next two years are going to be the Democrats acting out 24/7 and the MSM back it them up. It’s go I g to be constant chaos.
Dennis is very sensible.
My lens is looking at it through the perspective of orthodox Christianity (meaning sincere Christianity). Through that lens I am not optimistic. But also through that lens we should expect to see what we are seeing. Through that lens I want to buckle up and put on my big boy Christian pants and face it head on.
And not retreat to the “we could have been a contender” mentality.

I have been in ministry, and basically agree.
This world is fallen, and will be replaced. America will not stand in perpetuity.
At the same time, I have not, and will not, give up the good fight.
What I find most offensive is cookie-cutter conservatives - many of whom who would claim to be Christian - denouncing someone like me as a concern troll or debbie downer.
It is called Original Sin, kiddies, and Satan is called the god of this world.
I did not hesitate to vote for Donald Trump, but he is not The Messiah, and America is not The New Jerusalem.
