“LeonardFMason, that doesnt sound like no harm to me.”
Nor should it.
In fact, there are very few, if any, activities that cause “no harm”. Take downhill skiing for example...people do it purely for fun, it’s very expensive, and people are seriously injured or killed doing it all the time.
CLEARLY we should ban downhill skiing!

(that was sarcasm, for all you literally minded people out there...)
It only deters from pot and people who are prone to addiction will be more likely to instead use alcohol, harder drugs or designer synthetics that are more impairing and physically rot the brain. But let you test clean very quickly or simply cannot be tested for.
It's a pure illusion of added safety to create profits for testers.
“You still may have to provide treatments for abuse, and not fire people for use, but I think screening is still a good thing.”
Yea, to catch and provide “treatments” for people that smoked pot a week ago. The crackhead, syrup chugger, acid head, etc, is laughing at them. People know which drugs cannot be tested for and the list is LONG.
