Cleveland Clinic is a world wide business and has been some time before 1984. Good for them.
This woman was there a couple months and they canned her when they found about her posts.
Yes, it would be nice if they could have looked at her posts before they hired her, but there are so many social media sites I'm sure a lot of it gets missed. They have 50,000 employees.
