Sad when any child dies especially when parents put them in jeopardy. Has CNN done any stories about American youth who died today resulting from illegal drugs or any killed in Chicago? Just concerned about a child whose parent put their life at risk as far as I see.

It would be so wonderful if gratitude to God could overcome the resentment of fleshly minded (even if nominally religious) “conservatives.”
But until one sees the Father bright and clear, one cannot understand the sons and daughters.
When earth fails, this is the traditional mise-en-scene where God steps forward and succeeds.
But churches are so impoverished in vision. They try becoming involved in it, they get a spate of resistance from Satan, and they just give up saying “hey, I’m just looking out for me.” Churches will have to regain maturity to be able to carry out this kind of “ministry” in a way that doesn’t deserve the scare quotes.
I don’t see how this is a humanitarian disaster. This is child abuse, plain and simple. This sucks for the kid but I see this as predictable results of dragging young children thousands of miles out in the elements. Any American parent who treated their kids the same way this guy treated his would be rightly charged with child abuse/endangerment and nobody would even think about blaming the LE agency who apprehended the US parent.

The scale and international political dysfunction sure qualifies to me, but again I like to use a dictionary.
