Remember when living out west was awesome? You know with limited interference by the local government. So I guess there's no state law in CO that denies cities and counties from having more stringent laws than the state? Calirado/Calvada/Caldaho/Calyoming/Caltana. Sad dang state of affairs. Coming soon----Calzona? New Calexico is already firmly in place.

[[Residents of Boulder, Colorado who refuse to comply with a state order to “certify” their so-called assault rifles this month could face fines, jail and confiscation of their firearms.]]

It’s happening in states like NY- police are arresting people they find with unregistered ‘assault’ rifles (or rather civilian rifles falsely deemed ‘assault’ rifles by people ignorant of facts)

Violations to our constitutional rights has begun in earnest by the left now that states have outlawed ‘assault rifles’ the Term ‘assault rifles’ has given the left their in to confiscate and outlaw our constitutionally protected firearms

This is just the beginning folks- the left have succeeded in thwarting the constitution and violating our rights in the name of ‘public safety’ and they will NOT stop at their false ‘assault rifle’ effort- they WILL be going after any repeating gun in the not too distant future- in the name of ‘public safety’ or as NY put it ‘imminent need’

CALIFORNIA: Under Governor Pete Willson, then California’s Attorney General was a REPUBLICAN named Dan Lungren. Lungren pushed the registration of the Chinese made AR, the SKS. Lungren publicly promised the state has no intention of ever confiscation the SKS firearms. Lungren was successful in forcing the registration on all SKS firearms and not more than TWO years later, Lungren issued a confiscation law for the SKS. Yes, most of those in the state house were complicit in Lungren’s pursuit. Clearly, no matter what the party affiliation is of any puke politician like that of Dan Lugren and his supporting buddies in the state house and when we the people offer no worthy resistance other than words of complaint about the GOVERNMENT denying us our God given right to self protection of our choosing, we have clearly surrendered those rights. The globalist’s controlled politician’s motto: We’ll convince the people to give us an inch and then we take it all! That has not changed and it is past time that it does!!

85 “certifications” so far? That’s like one residential block in terms of number of actual firearms.

France, 1935, Pierre Laval, first time in history of France, decreed the registration of firearms . . . records from the Ardennes reflect that few complied . . . which caused suspicion, in 1938, only 2 citations for failure registered in the Ardennes . . . 1939 it was noticed that registration failed to prevent acquisition . . . 1939 law prohibiting defensive arms . . . then the Germans came . . . registrations led to confiscations and possession soon became a capital offense . . .but then again, only cowards complied . . . underground caches were numerous, well protected in the countryside . . . "Anyone in possession of firearms, amunition, hand grenades, explosives, or other war material . . . shall receive the death penalty or hard labor, or, in less serious cases, jail" Collaborateurs Pétain and Laval press on . . .
