McSally is probably about as conservative as we’ll ever get. Has everyone forgotten the reign of McTurd? Arizona is a blue state if you consider what he really was. Kyl was an anomaly.

You gotta admit, McSally does have a cute dog though.
McSally is another McCain/Flake.
She lost because she shunned the Conservative base.
At least McCain & Flake knew to play like a Conservative every 6 years during election season.

McSally was a horrible candidate who ran a horrible campaign.

McGolden Retriever gave a real classy concession speech. Too bad they didn’t do a voice over lip sync concession by the dog.
At the end of the day, McSally is more certainly more conservative than the enema.
However, on actual social and economic positions, she is not so conservative.
From positions I have heard McSally give, and from my own personal experience with Senator Kyl, he is definitely more conservative, with much more of a backbone than McSally.
McSally was originally pushed hard and funded by the GOP-e to stop Dr. Ward.
Ward endorsed McSally because she was all that was left to take on the enema, who I have also personally know, and have had bad experiences with.
I believe the gov will go with the GOP-e, almost for sure. This is who he was from the start. McConnel does not want another conservative, and will get his way, almost for sure.
However, I do sincerely believe, if a true conservative like Biggs or Ward were to be appointed, Republicans and conservatives in Arizona would likely witness how good their record would be, and that they would be fighters for Arizona as well, and there would be a good chance the voters would choose either in the following election cycle. This would be one way to beat the media and press, by letting the people experience how strong and helpful they would be!
As much as I admire Sheriff Joe, he cost us this seat. He is 85 years old, and probably wouldn’t last for 6 more years. By staying in the race, he allowed McSally to win the R nomination.
I guess it's time I come to grips with this.
Yeah, I’d rather have Ducey make himself senator; he’d probably be able to win the seat in the next election, unlike McSally.
Ducey is a much better candidate than McSally was.
I watched a clip from a McSally/ Sinema debate, so I know they had at least one debate. When McSally hit Sinema with a zinger, Sinema had no reply except to accuse McSally of running a negative campaign. (McSally had pointed out some of the anti-Arizonan remarks Sinema had made.) Of course, the moderator tried to shut McSally up. I can’t believe a candidate like Sinema could win without voter fraud. I have no proof of that; just a gut feeling...And I don’t think it’s the dressing I had for lunch.
