"Mail in votes are ripe for fraud."

There could be several silver linings in this ruling:

1. They can't just do this for 1 or 2 counties. ALL counties in Florida must have the same opportunity and standard applied (this was a key part of the SC ruling in the Bush v. Gore debacle - the equal rights/equal protection clause demands a single, uniform standard for the State). The GOP lawyers should ask the courts first to overturn the ruling, and then (if denied), demand that it be applied uniformly to all 67 counties. (If (when?) this can't be done practically, then it will have to be thrown out.)

2. I guarantee many, if not most, of these mail-ins and provisional ballots with mis-matched signatures are fraudulent. They'll find: (a) dead "voters"; (b) non-citizen voters; (c) un-registered voters; (d) double-voters; (e) "I didn't vote" voters; (f) and a relative few "yes, that's mine - here's proof" voters.

I say let it play out. Dems will be shown to have overplayed their hand again. This charade will substantiate the GOP's claims of widespread Democrat voter fraud.

There are 16 more lawsuits pending, I think 6 are being heard in Talley.

Has LS said anything on this, I would be curious to hear what he thinks is going to happen.

I think that they are just using this as a ploy to get the vote differential within the percentage that triggers a manual recount.

Then they can sit and play with the ballots and guess the will of the voters.

And make more money as lawyers.

The county, the state, and Rick Scott’s lawyers’ fees should be paid by Bill Nelson after he concedes.

LS said “We got this.” He’s right. Numerically and mathematically we won with lots of spare votes.

However, LS is not within earshot of the legal local wrangling. He has no inkling of the layers of fraud within the BSOE.

We have just witnessed nationwide a dozen plus races stolen from republicans. I bet LS rightly predicted most as wins.

LS makes the right probable calls. He can’t foresee the ongoing fraud that is scheming prior to and after these elections. No one can, until it’s too late.

Matt Caldwell Agriculture Comm had won by 44K votes with 98% precincts reported, only 5 precincts outstanding. Overnight he loses by 5,600 votes? It is mathematically impossible. The 5 largest precincts in Broward only contain 33K registered voters!!!

Even if those 5 precincts had 100% turnout with 100% votes for Nelson, the number falls short of Caldwell’s 44k lead.

Snipes won’t say where the votes came from that they posted at 3AM.

Unbelievable that Republicans must sue to gain observer access in Florida. From Sen. Elect Scott’s twitter feed:

LEGAL UPDATE: Today, a judge ordered the Hillsborough County Supervisor of Elections to comply with our team’s request to allow election observers access to the same room where the ongoing recount process is taking place, as required by FL law. #FloridaRecount

This would HAVE to apply to the entire state. Hmmm, maybe the Panhandle can find thousands of ballots that were tossed due to mismatching signatures.

Walker needs to be overruled - judges are not supposed to write laws to conform with how they, themselves, would have written it were they both the legislature and the executive at the same time. So where’s the appeal?

Appeal was made by Scott and the Republican Senatorial Committee filed in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in Atlanta. Ongoing now.

This is absolutely rediculous now. Eleven days after the election, the democrat judge, appointed by Obama, continues to stall so democrats can continue to try to fix the vote by fudging signatures on provisional votes.

Scott and DeSantis will prevail.
***************
Unfortunately the Florida Commissioner of Agriculture will be a Dem.

There are some who think that all the hoopla was to draw attention away from this race. The Commissioner of Agriculture in Florida in is charge of gun permits.

It’s strange how this vote for a Dem jumped, once Broward claimed it has problems.

That is the reason for current Florida law detailing deadlines, and procedures. Dems ignore the law and get their judicial plants to “change” the law.

Thanks for the info.

I wasn’t aware of the gun permit thing in FL. That’s not good. I thought county sheriffs had the say-so on concealed carry.

I give it 50-50 that the FL voting situation is fixed by 2020.

I did have all those decided by 1 point as a win. I had most of those decided by 2 points a win.
