Agent Smith: I’d like to share a revelation that I’ve had during my time here. It came to me when I tried to classify you Leftists and I realized that you’re not actually humans. Every Conservative on this planet instinctively develops a natural equilibrium with the surrounding environment but you Leftists do not. You move to an area and you multiply and multiply until every natural resource is consumed and the only way you can survive is to spread to another area. There is another organism on this planet that follows the same pattern. Do you know what it is? A virus. Leftists are a disease, a cancer of this planet. You’re a plague and we Conservatives are the cure.
I really didn't think it had any chance of passing. The creeping socialism disease is infecting one of the last bastions of freedom in the country.
The Idaho Freedom Foundation is arguing that Proposition 2 is worded in such a way that it unconstitutionally cedes control to the federal government and the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare.
The prop addresses that is called "the gap population," people who make too much to get on Idaho’s current Medicaid system, but too little to get subsidies on the exchange. As a result, they are often left without access to health care except through emergency rooms.
Prop 2 requires that everybody gets the same ten "essential benefits." This includes young adult males being required to be covered with maternity care (even though that's probably not necessary for a young adult male). The ten essential benefits make it very expensive. Shades of that federal health program...what was it called? Named after some Kenyan Moslem sleaze ball president as I recall.
Naturally, funding for Idaho Medicaid expansion would come from both federal and state money. Occasio-Cortez can relate to that because it's just "funding" and there is lots of that available.

When the state makes it illegal to protect or defend your own person and property, your person and property are now public property in common owned by the state.
How about for everyone one Democrat California who moves in, ten Democrats have to move out?
My daughter and I visited Idaho this summer and we loooooved it.
But after watching the news only a couple of times, I could see that liberal insanity was doing it’s evil work there as well.

Californians moving to southern Oregon just flipped a conservative county to liberal. That gave the Dems a super-majority in both the house ans senate.
They are moving to Az. Expect us to become another libtard hell hole.
And this is the problem... They destroy one demographic, Decide they now don’t like the end results of their own actions and move to another demographic, then repeat the very same mistakes again to destroy the new demographic.

We’re one seat away that is currently being contested in Vegas that, if won by the dem, will give it all to them. Senate, state house, gov and Lt. gov, atty gen. Yeah, screwed.
Both of my homes have desert landscaping. Should a Cali show up seeking succor my reply will be ...get off my rocks.

Let Californians stay in CA instead of spreading their evil liberal message to other states.
For every one case like this there are hundreds where the person defending themselves was also charged, convicted,and went to jail along with the intruder for defending themselves with a firearm.
This person got lucky because this is VERY RARE for Ca.
The only chance you have to “possibly” not be charged for defending yourself is if you are locked inside your home and can absolutely prove a forced entry. Even then you are at the mercy of an anti-gun culture in court if the DA decides there is any question at all. And you will never find a “jury of your peers” as a firearm owner.
What about the right to defend your property or person when outside your home? This is illegal, Ca laws dictate that if you do not have yourself locked “inside” your home you have no right at all to defend yourself or your property and you are forced to be a victim to the public masses.
There are thousands of cases that prove this reality. I have personally dealt with the reality of these laws myself.
