In the 2016 General Election Broward County had the following number of votes. What has changed from 2016 to 2018 that Broward County now has problems counting fewer votes than were cast in 2016?
Could it possibly be that in 2016 Broward County was 100% confident that Hillary Clinton would win the Presidential Election and there would be no need to play games?

The Republicans in the rest of the state voted Trump in droves and she could not feasibly manufacture enough votes in Broward without nearly doubling the population of the county.
Plus they were late to the game since all the pollsters claimed Hillary OWNED Florida and they had little time for their dirty rats to scramble the vote.

We cannot get fair reporting of the news or fair elections.
The law is not being followed by judges. Hollywood makes films and T.V. shows mocking respect.

The Supervisor of Elections is elected by the voters of Broward County every four years.

I would say the failure lies more with the GOP leadership in each county.
Did the GOP leadership in the dominant Democrat counties recruit the best and brightest to be election overseers?

The Governor had the opportunity when Snipes screwed with Canova to hide the evidence of machine tampering to elect D Wasserman-Schultz. She was guilty as charged but Scott did not want to deal with the hornet’s nest.
