Someone (maybe a fellow reporter) oughta haul back and clock Acosta right in the face.

I get the feeling Trump is going to enjoy the next 2 years. He’s a fighter and now he can focus his wrath at the democrats without Paul Ryan and the entrenched GOPe running interference for them.

The democrats will expose themselves for the anti-American slime that they are. The house will accomplish nothing in the next two years and the Senate will give Trump free reign on his judicial appointments.

Yesterday was the best election ever for the pro-life movement. Let’s look at the bright side.

Trump actually got the media to out themselves as radical neo-marxists in league with the neo-marxist democrat party. All pretence is gone and they are exposed for what they are by Trump, propagandist for a neo-marxist party and NOT journalists.

Absolutely correct.👍

Acosta should be banned from all Presidential news meetings until President Trump leaves office and CNN reported a in general for next 6 months.

I’d wager that Acosta is a FSB or GRU asset.

"Trump actually got the media to out themselves as radical neo-marxists"

Trump could easily ban the hecklers and activists disguised as reporters. He keeps them for a purpose.

How long will it be before Acosta throws a shoe at President Trump?

Quite the press conference! I don’t like that Acosta refused to give up the mic to the lady in charge of it. The rest of the garbage from these garbage reporters? Trump loves it, for he knows how it makes them look to millions. He knows exactly what he’s doing and they fall for it every time. I bet Acosta faces no consequences for his rudeness and he’ll be back. It’s by design, he’s playing the press like a fiddle.

It’s not funny, but GWB’s reaction makes me chuckle. He makes it look like he ducks shoes everyday.

I wish we had won the house, too, but we have long said it’s better to know your enemies rather than have them fake being on your side.

I saw the Acosta clip and he was beyond rude. Moreover, at a press conference the rule is that a person gets one or at the most two questions. Acosta was just firing multiple questions as if he was at home in a shouting match with his family or something. He was clearly out of line

Next time, give her a taser.

Finally a voice of reason. It's a bit amusing reading all the posts complaining about the press lack of respect.

Here's a simple question: who do you think performed better, Trump or the press corps? If you think Trump cleaned their clocks, then why would anyone ever want to eliminate his opportunity for "earned media"?

Second issue is this: anyone note that the presser lasted 87 minutes? Has anyone ever done public speaking? If so, you know it's less tiring speaking than sitting - especially in those small conference room chairs.

So, does anyone think Trump purposely kept the meeting going, since he was perfectly relaxed and having an easy time handling the questions vs the reporters who were seemingly jumping out of their skins, especially near the end?

“The WH Media room and facilities need to be closed for the Winter. Let the media hang out in the park across the street with the rest of the ‘Rat homeless.”

I like that idea. Schedule pressers at the Portico when it’s 25 degrees outside then be an hour late.

Did you see how fast Acosta sat down when Trump moved in his direction away from the podium?

“I honestly think the aggressive, rude behavior from the press is not because they won, but because they lost much, much more. The flipped Senate seats is KILLING them. Judges, judges, and more judges! LOL. Yippee!!”

I agree.

Know a die-hard Dem who has worked on Feinstein and Marc Levin’s campaigns here in N. CA. This person is not happy even with the House wins. Not enough seats in the house to do damage. Thinks Pelosi is senile.

FWIW, the Democrats wanted control of the Senate so they could stop the judgeships and investigations. Plus try to bully weak Republicans for a 2/3 majority to impeach the POTUS on nonexistent charges. Not gonna happen.

Yes, it would have been awesome to have retained and flipped a few more House seats. I’d rather have the Senate. Much more power than the House. We’ll just have to tune out the outraged pearl-clutching from Pelosi and her commie pals

Acosta seems to think he is the only person in the room or the most important person there. One has to wonder whether the other reporters are as peeved as we are to see this ignorant Prima Donna hog the stage and make a complete @$$ of himself.

I don’t think Trump is going to cut Acosta off the list of the WH press corps. I suspect that Trump enjoys watching Acosta act like a total jerk. It makes his case about the MSM being the enemy of the people.

Until the other reporters start to complain, Acosta will keep his front row center seat at the press briefings.

I know if I was a member of the press corps I would be really sick and tired of Acosta getting all the attention. Sanders and Trump could both exclude him from the briefings but they don’t. Acosta is one of Trump’s best weapons.
