1. Could be a legitimate kook who decided to send bombs.
2. Could be a legitimate kook who was set-up/manipulated by the FBI.

Imho - What a crazy Trump supporter would have done to help Trump, is to deliver the fake bombs to Trump supporters. Then make them look like the left did it. And no I am not advocating that in any way shape or form. We win fairly people.
