The EU Army Sergeant called out his troops. While they were in formation, he said, “Today is Friday, the day to change underwear.
Schneider, you change with Perone...”
>>Im sure the Russians and the Chinese dont worry about inclusiveness or quotas. They building killing machines and armies.<<
I’ve been warning everyone who will listen that if the politically correct nonsense that is seriously weakening our armed forces isn’t soon eliminated, those killing machines you’ve mentioned will certainly succeed in doing it.
They must be laughing themselves silly in Russia and China.
I know they would be if Hillary were President.
ONE lesson they did learn - President Trump was very, very serious about nuking North Korea off the face of the Earth had they made the wrong move. I don’t believe that was going to be a conventional-only attack had they (NK) tripped the wire.
Unfortunately, the EU leaders would use this army to force Hungary to accept the invading wave instead of stopping Muslim and African migrants.
>>I have always believed there is much more to the EU than meets the eye. Germany is definitely the dominate country in the EU. And Germany historically has been an aggressive, power seeking nation always. Theyre militaristic in their bone marrow. I can visualize, in time, Germany taking over the EU and making Europe the greater Germany. That was a goal of Hitlers in WWII. Of course, Britain, Poland and Hungary would cause some problems but Germany would prevail.<<
Except for an important fact, and one you didn’t mention, your prognosis would be very accurate. However, since the end of WW-II the German psyche has been radically transformed by virtue of the universal and never-ending condemnation brought on by the Holocaust. As a result, the German martial spirit has been extinguished, and that once-proud race of warriors is gone forever. My family came here from Germany, I’ve traveled extensively throughout the country in recent years, and to me the transformation is palpable.
Okay, they’ve got this, we can go home?
Good luck with your shiny “new” army...and how many operational panzers are left in the Bundeswehr?
“While theyre here, maybe the NRA can teach them how to shoot.”
LOL! That would be me.
> the EU leaders would use this army to force Hungary to accept the invading wave instead of stopping Muslim and African migrants. <
Such an attempt would be quite possible. But then both Hungary and Poland would mobilize, and call up the reserves. Slovakia might also get involved on the side of Hungary. And Trump would have a thing or two to say about it.
Then the EU would back down.
The German people have a mental toughness superior to most. At the right moment I would imagine it will rise again.
Not to mention a new German Frei Corps volunteering to serve in Hungary and Poland...the German pot is simmering.

Good point. I’ve read that in recent years many Germans have requested residency permits to live in Hungary. Maybe that’s because Hungary is so good. Or maybe it’s because Germany is so bad.
Side note: My grandparents were born in Hungary. So I think I’ll go with the “Hungary is so good” reason.

Reminds me of Bertolt Brecht's warning after WWII:
Do not rejoice in his defeat, you men.
For though the bastard is dead, the bitch that bore him is again in heat.
I can see one little positive in this photo. The Muslims in Albania are completely secularized (Enver Hoxha did his job thoroughly), otherwise Albania could not have a female minister of defense or - at least - she could not dress like a normal European.
Update:
Looks like a new Austro-Hungarian coalition joining Poland. ;>)

Austria to Quit UN Migration Compact:
Austria may join the U.S. and Hungary in withdrawing from the United Nations (UN) migration pact, Sebastian Kurz has said, following news that Poland is preparing to quit the agreement over security concerns.
At a press conference Wednesday, the Austrian leader cited concern over sovereignty relating to the Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration, which claims that huge movements of people across borders are inevitable, necessary, and desirable.
We view some of the points in this agreement very critically. We will therefore do everything to maintain the sovereignty of our country and ensure that we as the Republic of Austria can decide for ourselves on migration issues, Reuters reported the Chancellor as saying.”
