The obstruction charge is a gross misdemeanor, which carries a possible sentence of up to one year in prison and a fine of as much as $3,000.
One slap on the wrist coming up - I doubt the son of a former VP candidate will see any prison time, maybe some nominal fine. And the conviction will do wonders for his angry-radical cred.
