Have compassion on the currently-housed prisoners who are already squeezed into the tiny jail space that the Capitol Police are allowed.
So send this latest batch instead to Federal penitentiaries, and relieve the crowding in Capitol Hill's limited facilities.
And whatever you do, don't insult these latest arrivals by pigeonholing them according to their (apparent) genders, and doing sexist things like sending women to women's prisons and so on.
I'm sure there are plenty of 6ft-5in Death Row inmates named Bubba who are lonely and would LOVE to have a new cellmate.

His daughter's "personal life"??? I'm not a father, may never be, but I understand that walking your little girl down the aisle is one of the most important things a man could ever do in his life - and for you to sit there and trivialize it is embarrassing. If this man would do anything other than make his daughter a priority at a time like this he would not have the values or priorities to be in public service. Besides which, it was never going to be an issue with preventing Kavanaugh with being confirmed, so you are just being mean and nasty toward a man for loving his daughter for the sake of doing so. That's just messed up.
So now I guess she will try to hold on until 2021 so that Fauxcahontas or Kamala Harris can pick her replacement.

He isn’t the Senator’s Commander in Chief, there is a separation of powers. Trump is being gracious in giving the Senator some cover for following his personal desires ahead of his constitutional obligations.

While at a recent function Justice ginsburg is mocked by audience of women for not knowing basic tenets of 14th Amendment to Constitution. Justice Ginsburg added insult to injury by not having her own copy of the Constitution in her purse.

Hopefully she dies or gets too sick to continue, the sooner the better. She’s everything a SCOTUS judge shouldn’t be. She believes the constitution is a document that is living, breathing document, open to interpretation.
Every judge on the SCOTUS needs to be a fundamentalist, that applies existing law rather than writing law. Replace this ACLU hack lawyer with another judge who will apply the constitution as written. We should be set for decades.
This whole fight is about stopping the courts from enacting the left’s agenda, that they can not get enacted through the legislative branch. The court will also start moving to stop the power that regulators have grabbed over the years. Thank God

How many of these protester are students living at home with Mommy & Daddy, students with govt grants, how many have full time jobs? My guess is, if you take out the students and the unemployed freeloaders, you might have 35 - 40 % left
