But since YOU and the Senate are not a court of law, then you cannot be treating Mr Kavanaugh as a “defendent” nor can you treat a claimant with unsubstantiated claims as the “aggrieved party”. The Senate MUST politically be NEUTRAL and that REQUIRES any accusers to be investigated as equally as those they make accusations against. So, yes Ms Swetnick and Ms Ford should be investigated to determine the veractity of any claims they have made.
THEN YOU must pay attention when the FBI says neither Ms Ford nor Ms Swetnick have evidence the FBI would take into a court backing their claims. But would you? I don’t it.
