And garlic and chopped onions. Mix together in a bowl like your making meatloaf.
Can add a little splash of BBQ sauce but don’t over do it.
That is a great idea.
I sell probably 60% of my weaning age calves to the general public. Straight off of mama and grass and into yours freezer. No hormones, vaccinations, or other additives.
The problems I hear the most is from families with kids and that complaint is that it does not taste like right. Well the only beef they ever ran through their gullet is from feedlots that do not incorporate grass feeding and do all of the things you mention.
