CREDIBLE Testimony
5 tests
First tool: Corroboration:
Contemporaneous Evidence not dependent upon human recollection;
Independent Direct Evidence not involving human interaction;

The second tool: Inherent Believability

The third tool: Internal Consistency / Reliability of other parts of the evidence

The fourth tool: Clouded Recollection

The fifth tool: Demeanour

Everybody on the Committee should be focused on tools such as these, to weigh the credibility of the 2 testimonies.

If the Democrats feel Kavanaugh’s testimony was a litle too sharp, then they are arrogantly thinking about their own appearance rather than the accusations being levied against those giving testimony.

I disagree Laz. The only true usefulness Jeffy has is right now before he leaves the Senate. The Rats will pretend he’s their friend only if it appears he can do something for them (such as vote no on Kavanaugh). Once Jeffy is out of the Senate

.... once he is out of the Senate, they will make good on their bribe.

After all, there are many more RINO's to bribe, and it doesn't look good when you start welshing on your commitments.

It’s true the Rats may have offered him a bribe. But once Saint Jeffy is out of the Senate and has collected the current bribe, he’s of no use to the Senate Rats anymore.

Without a Senate vote, he has nothing of value to offer the Rats. At which time Saint Jeffy will be flushed down the toilet where he belongs.

Probably. Because no matter if the FBI were to tell the committee that BK is pure gold, the screeching harridans who cornered Flake on the elevator Friday morning are still going to be lurking somewhere in the underbrush; and a pansyass like Flake can’t risk THEIR wrath again.

What’s the next phase of contempt beyond utter hate? Whatever it is, Flake defines it

When this guy finally goes to CNN, we can start calling them “Flake News.”

Jeff Flake is an absolute clown. If you were forced to defend your honor, you too would get hot, answer boldly, and ask questions of those questioning you. So would he and he knows it. He is just being an ass.

“He is from a small town in AZ called Snowflake.”

I had no idea.
