Boy, government based resumes are certainly different than the ones that are used in the rest of the world.
If I was a hiring manager and got this in response to a job listing, I would have pitched it as soon as I saw the length of it. That is, if it got past the pre-screening software and was passed on! It is overly long, far too detailed, and really tells me very little about what she’s done.

At the end of her resume - if it is hers - does not list a college degree that I noticed but a very odd set of courses courses at Montgomery Community College including
Particle Physics.
I would have been very suspect of this kind of resume.
