Let me get this straight: 10 or so total parties with multiple gang rapes and not one victim (or parent) files a police report? And not 1 reported pregnancy? Are we supposed to believe all these teens are practicing safe sex at the 100% level? No way!

She claims she, as an adult, went to parties where kids were drugging and raping other kids and never reported any of it to anybody. And she kept going back to watch more kids fill up on alcohol and drugs and rape each other.

If a woman is gang raped, she tries to get away. At the end, she goes to the hospital. She calls the police. Some victims become pregnant.
Produce hospital records! Produce police records!

All seven questions are excellent rebuttals to this ridiculous accusation. Why didn’t the “brilliant attorney” Avenatti think of them before he went public with this? Is he that stupid not to see how this newest claim only demolishes it and the previous ones as nothing more than political lies and smear jobs??? I guess when you have Schumer and DiFi egging you on, nothing is too outrageous as long as Trump gets stopped and stomped. How I despise these evil people!

Sounds like a case can be made against her for statutory rape or at least contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

If this turns out to not be a prank on Avenatti (and I think it is obvious he was), then perhaps a case can be made that Swetnick was the one who arranged the rape parties and made money off them? She may be the one investigated and prosecuted!

5. According to the New York Times, Swetnick left school in 1980, and then went on to college. Swetnick claims that she “attended at least 10 house parties in the Washington area from 1981 to 1983 where the two were present.”

Surely county tax records would have the names of the homeowners from 1981-1983. I would like to know who the parents/home-owners were at the time that were hosting these alleged parties.

I don't know. Seems rather disingenuous to use the same wording now. But, perhaps, if she referenced Kavanaugh in the affidavit using this wording before he brought out the calendar, it might seem more plausible. IMO.

Her mother has passed away and she also had a very impressive resume. As of 2007 when she passed she didn’t have any grandchildren.
