Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D., N.Y.) said on Tuesday there is "no presumption of innocence" for Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh when it comes to sexual misconduct allegations because "this is not a criminal trial." Is Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D., N.Y.) supporting Soviet style mob rule? Is he twisting the rule of law to foster his communist leanings?
It is frightening that someone of Schumer's stature in the Senate is admitting that Democrats only support the laws of the land if it fits their narrative.
