In a video of a talk between Jordan Peterson and Camille Paglia, Peterson makes the claim that academia became Radical Left over time because it was resentful of the wealth and success of those in the world they thought of as Capitalism (i.e. any profession outside academia paid "big bucks"). I think he meant "academia" here to mean the humanities...certainly not STEM, business, or medicine.

Whether academia active choose to become brainwashed into Marxist thinking or were merely easy marks for those who sold it was not teased apart by Peterson (at least not that I could see).

But there it was...Marxism and that thing it would evolve into--postmodernism--began to take form back in the 60's and 70's.

And students steeped in that culture went on to become those today who are leaders in the media, government (including politicians as well as bureaucrats) and elsewhere.

And Bill Maher and those like him are products of that academia.

They don't know they have been brainwashed...but there it is.

Their world is different than the one rational, sane people see.

They see what they have been taught to see.

Powerful stuff. And evidence to support that "theory" abounds.

Being comfortable in constitutional illiteracy and ignorance, Maher prattles on about a lot of subjects.

His Progressive stance, including references to the Progressive line about "our democracy," belies his purported understanding of America's Constitutional government, as is evidenced by the following excerpt from John Quincy Adams' "Jubilee Address" (50th Anniversary of DOC for folks like Maher).

“But this institution was republican, and even democratic. And here not to be misunderstood, I mean by democratic, a government, the administration of which must always be rendered comfortable to that predominating public opinion . . . and by republican I mean a government reposing, not upon the virtues or the powers of any one man - not upon that honor, which Montesquieu lays down as the fundamental principle of monarchy - far less upon that fear which he pronounces the basis of despotism; but upon that virtue which he, a noble of aristocratic peerage, and the subject of an absolute monarch, boldly proclaims as a fundamental principle of republican government. The Constitution of the United States was republican and democratic - but the experience of all former ages had shown that of all human governments, democracy was the most unstable, fluctuating and short-lived; and it was obvious that if virtue - the virtue of the people, was the foundation of republican government, the stability and duration of the government must depend upon the stability and duration of the virtue by which it is sustained. - John Quincy Adams - "Jubilee" Address, April, 1839
For Maher and his "admirers," John Quincy Adams was nine years old when his father was instrumental in the adoption of our Declaration of Independence, eleven when the Constitution was adopted, served in numerous capacities in the Federal government, including as President, and in the Congress until his death--which occurred exactly 50 years to the day from the date of the Declaration, as did Thomas Jefferson, that other giant of the history of our liberty!

The Democrats will work to put us in one, just like they collapsed the economy before the 2008 election.

What a loser.

But Lefties really do believe that our democratic processes are under assault by the President. It makes no sense objectively.

The allegedly fascist President is cutting tax rates and slashing federal regulation. He has not called for canceling elections. He is appointing judges with an "old school" view of the Constitution. His IRS has not been weaponized.

And on the other hand, we see Democrat/ Deep State apparachiks in the FBI, CIA, and Justice Department willing to break the law to frame the President for crimes that never happened.

As Joe DiGenova mentioned on WMAL this morning, the Deputy AG is prohibited from signing off on FISA applications. That is truly stunning--and another story ignored by the Enemedia.

“I feel like the bottom has to fall out at some point. And by the way, I’m hoping for it. I think one (way) you get rid of Trump is a crashing economy.”

I’m sure that many Americans hope that the neo-Nazi Bill Maher is dragged into the street and hanged from a lamppost. Let’s take a poll...

So I take it that you are a Bill Maher fan? I consider him the lowest of the low. He make Whorealdo Rivera look sane! Just hope he and Chelsea Handler never copulate and produce an offspring.

Returning home from work, a very dumb brunette was shocked to find her house ransacked and burglarized. She telephoned the police at once and reported the crime.

The police dispatcher broadcast the call on the channels, and a K-9 unit patrolling nearby was the first to respond.

As the K-9 officer approached the house with his dog on a leash, the stupid brainless brunette ran out on the porch, shuddered at the sight of the cop and his dog, then sat down on the steps.

Putting her face in her hands, the stupid brunette moaned, “I come home to find all my possessions stolen. I call the police for help, and what do they do? They send me a blind policeman.”
