Cavanaugh should leak a fake calendar page to the NYT with a notation that says “Grope-a-Rama with Mike Judge” on a day when he can absolutely, positively prove he was out of town.
Ford will suddenly remember that was the day and Kavanaugh can calmly produce the real calendar page showing us was out of town.
He needs to present more to prove he kept viable diaries. He just can’t just produce a months worth of diaries and gave done with it.
