Well, it may be because I was raised in West Texas, and moved into Central Texas, but I don't think I have ever met a Hispanic who has gone through the legal process, so I wouldn't know how they think about open borders.
I'm basing my observations on the Hispanic people I know, who are family members, friends, neighbors and community acquaintances. Even those who are two (or more) generations away from the original border jumper are sucking up the Socialist's propaganda that Trump wants to kick ALL of them out of the US.
When normally level headed, non-political people are talking about carrying around their birth certificates while going to the grocery store, church, etc because they are convinced ICE is around every corner just waiting to jail them, I believe it's time to say Houston, we may have a problem.
As such, I'll repeat your comment: Go Vote as if your life depended on it (because it just might)
I haven’t followed this race that closely. Didn’t the information about O’Rourke leaving the scene of an accident come out recently?
Indeed - in addition, even if a poll is “accurate”, it just shows how people would vote...but what matters is who actually shows up and votes in the end.
Could have been his appearance on The Late Show where he openly supported far-left policies and the talk radio circuit picked them up and played them far and wide. No border wall, government run healthcare, the whole works of ultra leftism.
