The democrats like to claim they’re big on following precedent. Well, where were they when Roe (etc) was decided and overturned two centuries of precedent set by we the people and our states who held that abortion is illegal? Abortion was NEVER an inalienable right. How can they rule for penumbras and emanations (making stuff up) when a right to murder babies never existed in the first place and, in fact, was an illegal act throughout our entire history and flatly contradicts the very real inalienable right to life? They had to destroy the text and meaning and intent of the founding and the constitution to overrule the states and the people and turn something that as been an evil abomination in the eyes of God for two thousand years of Judeo-Christian history and all the way back to when God laid down the law? God’s law is the very foundation of our heritage and system of government and law! Judges cannot turn their backs on our entire history as a people!
And it’s not like overturning slavery or Jim Crow decisions. Individual liberty and equality under the law is a Judeo-Christian principle. Set my people free! The God who gave us life gave us liberty!
Remember, it’s “we the people,” not we the government or we the judges. They are not our rulers.

This appears to be a coordinated plan by the corrupt Democrats.
They know he has the votes to be confirmed. Now, their plan is to disqualify him from hearing cases involving President Trump.
Pea-brained Kamela Harris did not by herself think up the question as to whether Kavanaugh spoke about the Mueller investigation to someone at the Kasowitz firm.
She was told to ask that question.
I suspect the plan is:
1. At some point in the future when a Mueller case (about subpoenaing the president or indicting the president or whether the special counsel was properly authorized) reaches the Supreme Court, some deep state mole (think Stefan Halper) will claim that Kavanaugh discussed the Mueller investigation with him and said he was intent on stopping it if he gets on the Supreme Court.
2. Kavanaugh will deny it.
3. Mueller will investigate Kavanaugh for obstruction of justice and perjury during his Senate confirmation hearing.
4. The four lefties on the Court will demand that he recuse himself because he is the subject of Mueller’s investigation. Roberts may join in because it appears since the Obamacare decision that they have some sort of dirt on Roberts.
This is the same play they are running against Trump and Sessions.

Look for a steady drumbeat of Democrat senators solemnly announcing they too have concluded - independent of party affiliation - they “must” reluctantly vote no because of blah, blah, blah . . .
All designed to give the lame-stream media the storyline: “opposition to Trump's nominee increasing.”
You'll even see the same Dim Senator announcing over and over they will vote no and have it reported as an unexpected, news-breaking story.
