It should have just been used for target practice! Only when and if we “raise the stakes,” will this method of transportation of illicit drugs stop. I guess the only downside would be some “high” fish.

Just goes to show they’ll do ANYTHING to get their drugs to the north to make their money. Excellent work Coast Guard. I’m sure this includes trying to buy, threaten, or infiltrate anywhere they can to make this happen. Just like the jihadis.
